Gajah’s aim is to provide impeccable service before, during and even after the point of sale. Our customers are the reason we are here and as such our goal is to accommodate them in any way possible.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the item providing that it is returned in its original form, unused along with the receipt and packaging, for an item of your choice. All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Sale, discounted and custom or special ordered items are not eligible to be returned.
If there are no current items of your choice in stock, we will gladly give you a store credit for the value item of the returned. Please note store credits will be valid for 3 months. Gajah currently does not issue cash refunds.
We kindly ask all customers to examine their merchandise carefully when received to ensure you are happy with its condition. When purchasing larger items kindly measure the area that it will be living in prior to purchase.
In the unlikely event that you discover a manufacturing defect with any of our products, please contact us to arrange the repair or replacement immediately. Please note that this excludes defects resulting from use outside of normal conditions, including excessive wear, inadequate maintenance, voltage or electrical fluctuations or other defects not covered by our manufacturer’s warranty.
